"No one present for check in - felt a bit ‘cold’ - not temperature. Just feeling. No tea & coffee making facilities apart from an extortionately priced vending machine. Also my room was room 1 which was right by the front door, so I heard EVERY guest arrriving, even at 2 & 3 am. The bedroom, shower & room generally was fantastic however so these are just niggles. For the price, it was good value. "

"Place is great for families and I have a family of 5. 3 minute or less walk from the beach. Ocean House provides rooms that are more like small Loft apartments! We were able to cook and store all of our food. Dishes were provided in the room. The kids loved it . Would stay here again. Only potential downside is the early closure of check in. This could be an issue if a train is delayed and/or connection missed on the night of arrival."
