“The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This will be my go to hotel any time I'm in the area.”

“I have tried to stay at this property when in Paducah the past few years. Formerly Auburn Place. However when I checked in last night after change to Hilton Spark, service was still good, clean, but no more hot breakfast and price increased. I probably will go back to other places. Nothing making this location exceptional.”

“We had a great stay. Rooms were clean and everything worked well. We enjoyed time at the pool. The free breakfast was great. Rarely do you get free cook to order breakfast. If I am in the area I would stay there again.”

“You get what you pay for. This is a cheap hotel. It's not great, not terrible, just meh. But since you're not paying a premium price, it's acceptable. The rooms appear to be updated recently, but the building/AC units are still pretty old.”

“We waited several minutes, trying to check in at the desk. Someone finally noticed us and went to the back office to bring the gentleman out front to assist us. The hotel is currently being remodeled, so there are certain areas under construction, but our room was freshly finished and very nice and in excellent condition. Only drawback was the smell of someone smoking marijuana on the first floor. Fortunately, did not encounter that issue on the third. The complementary breakfast was very nice……

“I was surprised at the virtual front desk person, however they were efficient with getting us checked in and in the morning checked out.”

“Great location with river views and close to the river walk, convention center, and Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame and Museum. . The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful with suggesting an excellent restaurant for dinner. Our room felt clean and looked fresh with high quality white bed linens. Plenty of parking. Decent breakfast included. Great value. Highly recommend.”

“The shower was the only clean part of the room. There was dirt on the walls. Holes in the walls. Multiple access doors to the stair well and common halls were broken. I killed a roach on the last night of my stay. When checking the mattress for evidence of bed bugs, I found it to be badly stained. The front desk woke me up by knocking on my door to “check” if I was still staying there on my second day of my three night stay. The first morning I was awakened by a false fire alarm at 4 AM that……

“Check-in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking. Area felt safe. McDonald's next door and within walking distance. Gas station across the street. Close to the base and freeway. Beds were comfortable. Towels were stained and worn, time to be replaced. Water pressure could have been a little stronger. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.”
