“Every staff member was very nice! However, the description doesn't match the actual situation! They don't have laundry facilities at all, yet that's listed on the website. I hope they correct the information as soon as possible and stop misleading consumers.”

“The staff was the best this hotel had . The rooms are ok but don’t expect a safe box in your room for your valuables because there is none . The day I checked in the inside of my closet was wet with water my clean clothes got wet still don’t know why the air inside of my closet was wet . There are not proper water facilities only one washer and 3 dryers they did not work properly. The location was good many restaurants. Staff lack of English skills was a problem for me .”

“The pictures online are extremely deceptive. The rooms are extremely small and old. I was supposed to stay for 12 nights I left after two. Don’t let the pictures fool you. This was a very bad experience. The staff were incredibly nice though. That is all it has going for it.”
