“There was constant background noise.
But other than that, everything else was great.

“Hospitality is about feeling not the price.
We paid almost $600 a night for this hotel.
There were unexpected charges, such as $2.75 per person for a toothbrush. No water was provided, and we had to go downstairs to the first floor to buy a bottle of water for $5. This was quite inconvenient and already made us feel a bit uncomfortable. Charging $5 for a bottle of water made us even more unhappy, it felt like the hotel was trying to profit from guests on even the most basic necessities. It also……

2. Valet parking特别特别慢，强制收65美元一天，还不如自己停车。特别慢的同事还要收小费。
3. 周边环境并不安全。
