“We were really disappointed and grossed out by the condition of our room at La Quinta. We booked this hotel last minute before heading out to Lancaster. Check in was easy enough, even though we arrived close to midnight. As soon as we stepped into our room, it had that “smell”. The AC was LOUD! I’m a light sleep and it was way too loud and made scratching/whistllibg sounds. The garbage in the bathroom had not been changed. There was hair in our sheets in the bed that wasn’t ours. Makes you……

“This was such a great hotel! Had an awesome restaurant/bar with pool table and shuffleboard. We were able to hang out with our teenage kids and play games. Awesome outdoor area for my husband to enjoy a cigar. Great hot tub and pool area. Staff was so helpful and very nice! Just a chill awesome environment. Will definitely return to stay again.”

“I’m not sure why this property has an 8.6 rating. It is extremely old and quite dirty. We booked two nights but didn’t stay either night. The reception staff was kind giving us a second room after the first room had a horrific smell. The second room smelled better but had dirty hand prints on the door trim and a musty spell coming from the AC vent. We were not comfortable staying there and had to find another hotel during a very busy weekend.”

“My husband & I booked 3 nights here for $659 because our friend was getting married nearby. The first red flag-we had ants in our room. They were crawling all over the nightstand between the beds. They were everywhere, we didn't complain. The next day the ants were crawling on the head board, beds, & in my suitcase, which I kept off the floor & on the table in the room. There was also a beetle. Didn't complain. The shower has a mind of its own. Doesn't matter the setting, it will go back & forth……

“This is a very charming and lovely inn that represents and feels like you are going back in time. The front staff are very helpful and super sweet. I love the welcome home baked chocolate chip cookie as you check in. The location is very convenient to downtown.”
