"The property and room was basic but adequate, with access to a private terrace on the roof, though the area around it was not so picturesque, surrounded by blocks of flats. The staff were very helpful and the lady in charge even drove us to the bus station herself when we asked for a taxi. The breakfast also was very good, variety and served attentively."

"I had a great time at this wonderful little B&B. Lando was a very friendly and helpful host. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The room was clean, comfortable with nice decor. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood only a short walk from the sea. Parking is on site and completely secure behind locked gates. Good location for visiting the Valle del Templei. Definitely recommend a stay at Villa Maiolica. "

Rooms are basic but comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and clean, and breakfast comes with a variety of continental food choices. Parking can be a bit tricky, given that it's only self-parking on narrow city streets and alleys."

"The owner has an attitude and he is a jerk, but the rooms are newly renovated and very modern. The beds are horrible, but that’s what you get in Sicily no matter where you stand. Now the best part. This little place has a world class chef named Costanza Gaetano. This man was extremely friendly and cooked me two incredible meals. He even has his own cookbook. You can check him out on Facebook. It’s not a bad place to stay, but if you’re in San Leone, you have to stop by and try his food!"

"The property is on a pedestrian only street which made it very quiet and walkable. The city parking lot is a short walk away if you have a car. Don't pay attention to GPS when you get there because it will keep telling you to turn down the road, which is pedestrian only."

"Villa Carlotta is surrounded by well-kept lovely gardens, with a good sized swimming pool to swim and relax by. There was plenty of parking space too, inside a locked entrance for added security. The room was good, but the bathroom was showing signs of a little age and could do with a freshen-up, however it was clean and ideal for our one night stay.
