"Loved this hotel. Very peaceful considering it is on a main road. Staff are lovely. Very friendly and efficient. Always offer assistance. Both the public area and the room were spotless. Plenty of sanitising gel available and masks worn by everyone in public areas. The room was lovely, with a small balcony. Nice toiletries provided. Buffet breakfast not possible due to Covid, but breakfast was served by Sara. She was so nice and friendly and her home baking was delicious! We were a 5-10...

"Bed was super hard. Imposible to sleep on it . There is a rule about not providing air conditioning until middle of June , even if it was hot. Everything is was okay. The views from the place are nice, "

"The rooms with a balcony are a combination of private and shared balconies. Be aware that the majority of photos shown are of the private balcony rooms, which have more windows/french doors to the patio - allowing you to enjoy the view from inside the room. The shared balcony rooms have only one single glass door that lets you see the view, but it is in the ‘closet/dressing area’. You’re not able to see the view from the main part of the room. The patio is great, but just be aware from the room...

"Excellent place to stay in Siena. Close to Porta Pispini on the corner of via Aretina and via Girolamo Gigli park on footpath out the front to drop off your suitcases on arrival. No breakfast but a great cafe near the Porta Pispini, 2 minute walk away. The rooms are comfortable large and clean with Tuscan views from the terrace. Paula is an excellent friendly host with a deep knowledge of what see and where to eat in Siena. I Will definitely stay here next time in beautiful Siena."

"It was a nice place to stay near the Duomo. Staff were friendly and parked our car for us. We could see Duomo towers for our window. There was a lovely small seating area on our floor with a lovely view. I would never take a car to the middle of Siena again. Streets are narrow and filled with pedestrians."

"Front desk staff was helpful and spoke Fluent English. There is a bus stop close by, but I just walked the old stone streets. They have a nice garden overlooking the nearby hills. Breakfast was well prepared, and the staff preparing they accommodated me. "

"The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Position was central. Breakfast was really good. Had read some reviews that werent too good but we found the place very good. Were fussy regarding cleanliness and it was good. Would definitely stay again."
