“We stayed here specifically to charge our electric car on a road trip. Two gas cars were parked at the chargers despite a half empty parking lot. So we were not able to charge at all. We told staff but they were not interested. It put us behind and changed our route. Additionally we had noise from above running and jumping and thudding until after midnight. The gym was nice and breakfast was decent. The room was well equipped. The mattress was meh.”

“The room has a fabulous view of the ocean and listening to the surf was just what we needed to relax and rest. Firm but very comfortable beds. The room was very clean.”

“Great historic property with friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again.”

“It was great, highly recommend!”

“This is a real sanctuary, hidden I. The Redwood hills. Perfect spot to disconnect, relax and enjoy nature. Their sauna is awesome, and so is the temple, where I meditated a few times. Sad to know the property is for sale… go visit while you can!!”

“I wanted to take a bath so I got a couple of the Clorox wipes to wipe down the bath tub. The first swipe I did came up with debris and hair. It grossed me out, so I decided to take a shower. The water lapped at my ankles because there was so much hair clogging the drain!! Then I dropped something behind the nightstand and found tons of dust there. Looked clean, but was only clean in the middle. ”
