“Will not stay here again. The staff was friendly however I was not a fan of the cleanliness. There was something spilled in the floor all throughout the lobby into the elevator. It was still there the next morning when we went to leave as well. Was never cleaned up. There was a musky smell throughout the entire place. In serious need of renovations. “As of April 2026 this place is nearly new. It’s a unique set up to me. It’s a Homewood Suites on one side and HGI on the other, shares the same lobby. My only 2 issues are that breakfast on the HGI side is lactate $15, and it’s prob not worth $5. Empty dishes, empty coffee and non helpful staff. “I am more unhappy with Expedia than the Drury Inn regarding this visit. The Drury Inn @ Grandview is undergoing a MAJOR RENOVATION and Expedia failed to inform me.
