“Rooms are nice but bathroom inside room was terrible. Also elevator is a long wait during the day.”

“The parking is a few blocks from the hotel which is very inconvenient with luggage, etc…Room was not very clean, the elevator is extremely slow, the place is run down. No towels at the pool, the kitchen area of our room had nothing in it—no utensils, glasses, plates, literally nothing. Staff was friendly-no problems there. Won’t be back.”

“The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.”

“Everything was great except the pools. Both pools were cloudy with sand at the bottom. Maybe they need to be cleaned more often.”

“The staff was very nice & helpful when I did ask for something. The floor in our room was dirty but someone came up maybe a little over an hr later to sweep. The clock was not working, the lamp by the bed needed a new light bulb and the light in the bathroom was flickering. Minor things that could have been fixed which I did not bother to mention because we had the light from our window/ sliding door to the balcony. The breakfast was ok but the set up could have been better. Overall it was a……

“It looks and feels like an older hotel. Woman at front desk we first engaged with was no help and seemed to want to give us a hard time. The rest of the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The AC was broken in our room on one of the hottest weekends of the summer. We called several times for help but no one ever came. We spent the weekend sleeping in 80" degree temp.”

“Loved the location and how clean the hotel was. Room may say coastal but does not have water view. It’s decorated in coastal decor. There is no Buffett breakfast offered only menu items that were just ok. Small pool. No bar service the first day. Second day they had offered bar service at pool but the poor bartender had to keep going up and down to get drinks. Not Whst I expected”
