「The property was clean and not crowded. The food was excellent. We stayed there not for two nights prior to our cruise, so we didn’t have opportunity to explore too much. However, we do not think upgrading to the Sun Ckub was worth, compared to similar upgrade at one of Hyatt’s resorts in Mayan Riviera.」

「All rooms that were booked through expedia were double booked.No rooms were available. No one spoke english at the counter, which made it very difficult to sort out. Went to another hotel and expedia will not refund my money as hotel will not return their communication 」

「The hotel offers its own parking, which is very convenient and a big plus, especially if you’re driving. The location is easy to find and check-in was smooth overall. However, there are a couple of downsides. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, which made showering a bit uncomfortable. 「Calificó de esta forma ya que no me pude hospedar en el lugar ya que aún teniendo reservación se me negó el servicio el personal es grosero y en cierta forma despota me enviaron a otro de sus hoteles que no cuenta ni co. Las instalaciones ni con las amenidades que tenía el que que yo reservé por lo que quedé sumamente molesta por esta acción 」
