“Hot breakfast was not hot, no oatmeal of any sort, coffee was quite weak. No conditioner in bathroom, no vent fan in bath, partial used bar soap in floor of shower. Window curtain was torn”

“We have stayed at the Inn at Wise multiple times. It is a quaint hotel
with very friendly staff and a nice breakfast.
We did have difficulty with our room key. It had to be rebooted multiple times. Also, we were on the third floor. The elevator only goes to the second floor. That may be an issue for people with limited mobility or difficulty climbing stairs as was the issue for me and my wife.”

“Overnight stay to meet AT hiker friends. Cabin is lovely & perhaps the most well appointed accommodation I’ve seen. Comfortable beds, plenty of hot water. Appreciate the mini weather station, coffee/tea selection. Staff- manager, desk, & breakfast staff were WONDERFUL - so helpful & welcoming. Hope to stay again. ”
