"Walked from the airport with bags on a trolley. As they don't have trolleys at the hotel the person on reception kindly stored my trolley so i could use it to get back to the airport the following day. Only negative is there is no night restaurant on site and you have to go to the hotel next door, not a deal breaker as its only about 50m away"

"Absolutely lovely hotel. Very comfortable bed with crisp white linen. Spacious room and bathroom. Excellent shower with separate toilet. Very quiet. Good Italian restaurant next door. Excellent welcoming staff. Lovely decor in the communal areas as well as the room. Will stay again if in the area. Deserves a four star. "

"Asked within allowed timeframe to change from 2 nights to 1 night, which was approved by manager, in a written email response. We only slept there 1 night and checked out in the morning. However, upon check in, we were charged for 2 nights, despite said approval. There was no reasoning with the manager, she insisted that we had no right for a refund because I had said we would leave in the evening, even though we left in the morning, and despite teh fact she had previously approved the booking...

"We stayed here when visiting the Ile de Machines and the Chateau of the Dukes of Brittany. Although not undercover, there is free on-site parking with security gates at night. About 250m to the Francois Mitterand Tramway Terminus for a frequent, good value, service to the city centre and beyond. Rooms basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. "Due to a negative experience on check in - and the availability of similar accommodation in the area - I will be not returning to this property. (The rooms are clean - yet in desperate need of refresh - plus if you are not used to hearing your neighbours erotic escapees or late visits to the toilet- do not choose this property- as every sound is shared among your fellow guests.) "The property was well located, plenty of parking in the hotels paid car park (not expensive). Had chosen the superior room so i could cook in 1 room and not sleep in the same room with the cooking smells. Only down side was there wasn't a comfortable seat or sofa, or a TV in the bedroom. "

"A lovely spot right on the beach. Great room with a terrace. Ate at the hotel restaurant, as there aren’t many alternatives locally for dinner. Food was great. Only small issue was we couldn’t use the breakfast dining room as we had a dog with us. It’s a buffet breakfast so completely understandable. Service was lovely. No complaints at all"
