"Comfortable bed. Dirty towel and broken cabinet door left some to be desired I. The room. I had to ask for the upper floor that I had reserved in my online reservation. The front desk staff seemed overworked and unsettled, not able to attend to guests adequately- I felt like a bother. Staffing issues it was suggested. "

"The room was clean. The common areas were not clean. One elevator didn't work. Stains on common area carpets and elevator door tracks. Very convenient near airport and quick root into Buffalo. "

"Facility clean and updated. However, windows need heavy drapes as only sheer lightweight ones in place. Not an issue if you are getting up at daybreak. Just don't plan on sleeping in. Staff very good. Location very convenient to courts/government/banks/library/offices. Very little retail left in DT Buffalo anymore. "
