“The room we stayed in håd previous guests flip flop under dinning table, had previous guests beach towel underneath 2nd bedroom, had big clump of hair in master bedroom bath. I felt that room wasn't cleaned as well as it should have been. Staff was very friendly but had a lot of timeshare presentators in main lobby. ”

“The property felt very safe. Security checked for proper tag every time you entered the property. Parking was an additional 20 dollars a day. Our condo was “ocean view” and had a pretty decent view of the ocean. Cleanliness of the condo could have been much better upon check in. Long hairs on the floors in the bath room and shower was a big turn off. Also lots of dust and crumbs in corners and near couches. We had a 3 year old with us who spent a lot of time playing on the floor which is why I……

“We stayed in an economy room with kitchenette. All of the dishes and pots and pans were provided and were nice and clean. When we checked in we were supposed to have a 1st floor room, but the clerk noted that we would have a better ocean view from the second floor and there was a room available so he moved us. We ended up having to extend our stay, and they were wonderful about providing additional towels and toilet tissue. The beach view was somewhat obstructed from palm trees, but it was……

“This was the worst properly that I have ever stayed at in Myrtle Beach. There rooms were extremely outdated, there was black mold in the rooms, the indoor pool area were dirty. One of the hot tubs was taped off and the other one had a thick foam in it. Customer service was terrible we couldn’t even get an extra blanket Expedia or the hotel didn’t offer any resolution. I I feel like I got robbed. ”

“The listing on the property said breakfast serve daily. There was no breakfast at all. They charged me an extra $49 when it was supposed to be included in the cost, the sauna was closed was not listed on here. The pools were nice. Hotel was nice. It was not satisfied. Didn’t get all that I wanted. It said it on the listings but when we got there, it was not on the listings. The lady said they never have breakfast and told me it was not on a website and I showed that it was front desk was nasty……
