「The arcade needs work a lot of the machines need update or fixed. The kids area on the ropes had a hole in it so my daughter got he goot stuck, the safety mates where coming up the hot tub on the outside was dirty and the jets barely worked are hair dryer in the room did not work I was told to come to the front desk if I wanted anything tows or shampoo, phone was unplugged for some reason, upstairs above are room was loud.」

「Our room was very clean, large (two queen beds), and modern. However, the room had no UBC outlets or 110V outlets available at bedside to charge your phone. Furthermore, there was no closet in the room to hang your clothes. Lastly, when we checked in at 5pm the 4:30am and 5:00am airport shuttles were full. We were forced to Uber to the airport. Having an airport shuttle was one of the reasons we chose the Hilton Paper Valley - Appleton.」
