"Very nice stay, easy parking & walkable indoors to casino"

"The property was very clean. Has many great amenities, pool, restaurants, billiard tables, hot tub, just to name a few. It is easy to locate and has on site parking. The only thing it was missing was an elevator to the second floor which made moving a heavy suitcase difficult."

It was not the hotel's fault since the parking garage was owned by the city. I had 2 adjoining rooms with 2 queens in each: It took a few hours after check-in for the front desk to issue the key card to the 2nd room. "It was plenty of room, decently clean. There was fruit flies in the kitchen when we got there. It was pretty dusty and dirty on the window frames. I wouldn’t complain much about that but since I have a 2 year old and is curious looking out the window is the reason why I mentioned it. The bed was comfy and had clean sheets, however the headboards were dusty as well so I just took wipes and wiped down everything as I usually do anyways rather dusty or not. "A nice, new building less than a mile from downtown. Nice property overlooking the river and a friendly and helpful staff. But I could barely get the door to the terrace open! And we never did get the bathroom door to close all the way. (We had one of nicest rooms in the building.) Why such a nice, new building has such stiff, crooked doors I don't know. They hampered what was an otherwise very nice experience."
