「The staff were incredibly friendly. We were greeted by everyone each time we encountered them from lobby staff, valet, and breakfast personnel. My only recommendation is to replace the worn and dirty couch. Hotel was convenient for location of bars and restaurants. 」

「The hotel was clean and newer. The beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was the hours for breakfast. It is a tourist town on the east coast so 9am was a little early. But what made it worse, was they started breaking it down at 8:45. 」

「Beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. Location is close to beginning of River walk.The hotel has bikes and umbrellas to use which was a big bonus as we used both. The room does have coffee but they charge you for it downstairs in morning because you have to get it from their restaurant. Wish they would have had some out in lobby for hotel guests free of charge.」

「In town for a family event, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Lauri got us a last-minute dinner reservation at Allure, which was also fantastic. Will was also most helpful in getting our luggage where it needed to be. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. Love the historic aspects of the hotel as well. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Great location that is walkable to the downtown historic district and shopping day or night. When the valet tried to bring us our car after checking out, the battery was dead. The staff went above and beyond to help us. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and upbeat our entire stay. 」
