「My biggest complaint was that despite calling the day before arrival and emailing the day of, the sofa bed was not completely ready to accommodate our granddaughter. The bed had a fitted and flat sheet but that was it. No pillow, no blanket. And we arrived late in the evening. It was bedtime. Calls to the front desk produced busy signals for over half an hour. I finally had to go downstairs to the front desk where the woman down there gave me what I needed which I had to lug upstairs...

「This is a beautiful , upscale hotel/Inn. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They serve a wonderful breakfast and have fresh coffee available all day. They also bake fresh cookies in the afternoon and leave out with other snacks for the guests. Impeccably clean! It also has a landscaped area in the back with trails to hike and tables and chairs for events. I had a great experience and highly recommend staying here.」
