「The staff were very helpful and friendly, great location, although I didn't realise it was the German area of Palma. The safety box key 16 euros very expensive. Our room was great apart from a leak in the bathroom ceiling.」

「The hostel was easy to find, a five minute walk from the beach,1 minute walk from a spar and other convenient shops. The room had a balcony which had a great view of the sea. I had top bunk with a hdmi cable and a lamp, there were more charging ports in the room too. The staff were great, very friendly and welcoming. 「Das Frühstück war gut und die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top. Leider waren das aber auch schon die größten Pluspunkte unseres Aufenthalts. Beim Versuch, die Gardine zuzuziehen, habe ich einen Stromschlag bekommen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte zudem nicht zuverlässig. Besonders ärgerlich war der defekte Aufzug: Wir sind darin steckengeblieben und haben unzählige Male geklingelt, ohne dass sich jemand darum gekümmert hat. 「The hotel is well positioned. The room is a bit small but clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. I appreciated the terrace, even though the light outside was not working properly. Breakfast was ok, but good value for money (worth adding it). The staff was very helpful and nice. The cleaning ladies should be more careful and avoid opening the doors without knocking first, especially with the "not disturb" sign hanging outside.」
