“Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Good air con.”

“Great location! Rooms are simple and clean, a little dated Staff helpful. The view was amazing. For the price it's worth staying and close to everything you need.”

“Just one word I would never stay in this hotel ever, not reccomended. No wifi no hot water”

“It’s a beautiful setting with a private beach area with umbrellas and chairs but the accommodations are very lacking. The main issue is that the entire suite is not air conditioned. The bedroom is air conditioned. However there is a bathroom, kitchenette, dining table and a sitting area with two couches that are only cooled by a ceiling fan—no air conditioning—so they are miserably hot in the summer and only are only comfortable before the sun rising. It is an older hotel so a bit rundown.”

“Perfect view from the terrace”

“Nice location on the beach. Sheets and towels were clean, maids came and left. Got a back massage and it was amazing!”

“Excelente todo como siempre su servicio de laura nuestra mesera excelente 👌”

“Habitación muy limpia, el lugar muy lindo y tranquilo.”

“Absolutely the worst. Checked in with no staff just a key left on front desk, elevator broke on way up to floor with luggage, old razors left from previous guests in bathroom and shower, dirty hairy sheets, shared patio with other rooms and door to patio couldnt be locked as was previously broken into. Safe was not bolted down could just pick it up, lock on safe punched out no way to lock it. Then i spot someone pulling into parking area unloading stuff to hotel and i ask them about who to……

“The place was clean and a bike ride from access to stores and restaurants. Access to the beach wasn’t super convenient, but we got it figured out and had a great visit.”

“Great room and lovely pool. A 5 minute walk into town/beach and they have bikes you can rent too. I arrived after check in closes and it was very easy to access the room. Fridge, kitchenette with hob and water dispenser in room. ”

“Ok”

“The unit was very roomy and well equipped, the location was excellent. Any issues were taken care of very quickly once Claudia was made aware there was an issue or question.”

“Cabanas Puerto Morelos is a sweet property located in the heart of Puerto Morelos, just two blocks from the beach. Our room was great and we appreciated being able to book for just one night. Our only issue was with arrival and check-in, as our taxi driver had difficulty locating the exact spot on the map and both Apple and Google maps give conflicting information. We also couldn't figure out how to check in, as there is no reception desk and no printed signs or info about it. Another set of……

“Excellent établissement. Personnels très agréable. Je recommande fortement. Nous avons pris un supplément petit déjeuner chaud avec des œufs, omelette… vraiement EXCELLENT. Les hôtes nous avaient même préparés un feu de bois à côté de nos tentes et fournis des bonbons à faire griller. Les tentes était équipé de ventilateurs à l’intérieur.”

“I had a reservation for two nights. On the second day, we stepped out to visit a nearby beach, and when we returned, we found that the door to our room was open. When we questioned the staff about this, they spoke in Spanish among themselves and did not provide a clear explanation or answer as to why the door had been opened.”
