「Never used it 」

「Beach right in back. Very friendly and helpful staff. For those reviews mentioning stained sheets....if you have ever had an old dryer then you would know its just burn spots. This town is very charming and peaceful. 」

「Très bien situé, par contre bruyant la nuit mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hébergement. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour.」

「Would recommend but be aware. Area under construction and can have plumbing problems out of their control, even the ocean view rooms will be over looking an over grown empty lot. That said everything else was great! The area is fun and walkable, room was clean and well kept, and service was excellent and issues were dealt with quickly and easily. 」

Checked in with no staff just a key left on front desk, elevator broke on way up to floor with luggage, old razors left from previous guests in bathroom and shower, dirty hairy sheets, shared patio with other rooms and door to patio couldnt be locked as was previously broken into. Safe was not bolted down could just pick it up, lock on safe punched out no way to lock it. Then i spot someone pulling into parking area unloading stuff to hotel and i ask them about who to...

We so appreciated the filtered water, coffee, smart TV, free bike rentals, fully stocked kitchen and stunning pool area. The staff was great and supported us to book really lovely tours. 「The unit was very roomy and well equipped, the location was excellent. Any issues were taken care of very quickly once Claudia was made aware there was an issue or question.」

「From the moment we booked to the time we checked out, the Mamma Loo staff was in constant communication with us. They let me know about prices outside the stay rates beforehand, they helped me arrange a welcome bouquet for my girlfriend, arranged for us to have a grill dinner and took breakfast all the way to our kuchil ( that’s how you say space/home in mayan). Bathroom was clean, dinning area was tidy and the room was nice and comfortable. My girlfriend loved this, she said “ we should do this...
