「This facility had people just hanging out in the parking lot after dark. There were upsetting Halloween decorations everywhere and that was very dark and unwelcoming. The shower curtain rod was not securely fastened to the wall and looked like it would fall down. The buttons on the airconditioner unit were worn off and unresponsive. There were unpatched screw holes in the walls. The plate on the neck of the shower head wasn’t secured. There was a used washcloth hanging over the shower head...

「The staff was amazing, breakfast was great」

「There is too many noises, from refrigurator, outside, room nearby. And the bed is too soft to keep position, always fall into middle, bad experience.」

「The water views are very nice. I stay at Old Harbor Inn several times a year and it's always been a positive experience. It's very quiet there if you're a light sleeper. If there's a problem, staff are quick to fix any issues or concerns. Highly recommended. That being said, if you need an outlet make sure you get a larger room. #40 does not have an outlet near the desk. :0( A small price to pay for a pleasant stay.」

「Mediocre hotel,」

「This place is awesome. The staff is probably the friendliest i have ever encountered. The rooms were very quaint and clean. I am very pleased that we stumbled upon the Maplewood. I would definitely stay here again.」
