「酒店位置方便，入住服務良好，但衛浴設備有點老舊。」

「宽敞，离海边近附近吃的多」

「smell moldy when I first got into the room. The air-conditioner is leaking. There were moskitos in the room. When I was about to take a shower, there was no shower gel. A good location if you like beach. And the villa-like hotel is beautiful. There is no decent breakfast.」

「I LOVED this hotel! It's so clean, the room had no musty smell that some of the other places I stayed had which I was relieved about. The room is big, the pool and nature around the property is gorgeous. I had a delicious fruit and watermelon juice breakfast. Its across the street from Icon Bali which is wonderful, but its very quiet and peaceful. You can walk to the beach and everything you could need from here. I would def stay here again.」

「Clean and comfortable room in a great location for a great price. I would stay again.」

「Staff were good always helpful, pool is small but great to have and cool down in,we only had room cleaned every other day air conditioning was old but worked great overall good stay」

「古いホテルで安かったので仕方がないがサヌールでの立地は良い！ アットホームな感じで敷地が広い。 緑がたくさんで自然を満喫できる！」

「They took care of me it's Paradise」

「room is bit small but well organized , in general i rate it 4.5」

「It is old style Bali with massive gardens and 3 pools , perfect for us .」

「General: Staffs are nice, standard breakfast Pros: Awesome pool for kids. Beds are big(booked 4 ppl room) AC is cold. Location is good; easy to access everythings, and there is a supermarket right next to hotel entrance. You can request free seceleted movie at your room, but our TV signal is pretty bad; shows ghost images. Bicycle (with child seat) and motorcycle (no child helmet) rental are avaliable at front desk. Con: Facilities are simple and old. Conclution: My kids had...

「In room 111. Massive concrete wall 3 meters from the door. Made in unbearably humid. Room stunk from the aircon. No fan or window in toilet. Bed and pillows hard. Pools ok. Perment residents just lurk around giving you the evil eye like youve snuck into there house. We will not be staying here again. Theres a very stong smell coming from drains in bathroom. Big bright light on concrete wall outside window that shone through the horribly stained thin curtins all night. To top it off the very...

「It was a tranquil place inside the homestay. Busy part of sanur during the day due to proximity to the sanur harbour. Perfect location for taking ferries to the islands. Lola and Ray were very nice. Cats on site were super cute. Feed them if you go there❤️」

「Palm Gardens is a lovely older style hotel in a great area, close to the beach walk and to many cafes, restaurants and spas. The room is a great size, bed was comfortable ( after a topper was added). Pool area is lovely and quiet. On site restaurant has Japanese menu with great food. Made on the front desk is a lovely, helpful and polite man.」

「the workers there are very kind and helpful. During the morning, they will cook eggs and make coffee for us. The hotel is located quite a quiet area, and around 10-15 minutes walk to Sanur beach. Cozy and relaxing environment. Quite a lot of mosquitoes, but the hotel has prepared repellent spray and mosquito net for their guest. Very considerate.」
