"They still can do better I had ordered something from Walmart to be delivered to my room or left at the desk. Somehow the order.got delayed and I wouldn't be avaliable to recieve my order. I asked if they could have them forward it to my home but yhe said no we don't do that. So I informed the stafg member to have just take it back. They had no idea how to help me, I've done this at sevrrsl motels when something snags in transit, they would take my info to either forward my items or resend the item. I even told them id leave more than enough to cover postage but this placed just flat out said NO!!"
