"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. "Basic hotel but clean tidy and next door to the JR station. Automatic check-in is a little complicated but staff are helpful"

"As others have mentioned, the main building is older, while the annex is newer. But, the main is remodeled and was comfortable enough. Nothing special, but it was directly adjacent the train station. "
