"The lodges are stylishly decorated. It feels like a cozy log cabin with a creative, artistic edge. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The on-site Izakaya restaurant is comfortable, tasty, and a great way to lounge with friends, shielded from snow, after a long day of skiing or being out in the mountains."

"We loved this place so much! We’ll definitely come back here the next time we visit Niseko. It’s not a huge resort-style hotel, but the staff are incredibly kind and polite. Our room was very spacious and clean, with a beautiful traditional Japanese-style area. We loved the hot tea provided in the room and were able to relax completely. The hot spring facilities, including the outdoor bath and the sauna, were absolutely amazing and honestly left us speechless! There is a convenient bus that runs around the Niseko area, and this hotel is the last stop on the route. Thanks to that, we were able to visit several different mountains easily and still get back to the hotel without any trouble. This was especially helpful during our stay because there wasn’t much snow and some chairlifts were not operating, so it wasn’t easy to access other areas on the slopes."

"The host was so kind and generous. We had arrived 1 day before our scheduled booking, by my mistake. The host offered to let us wait in the lobby for a taxi, and when he found that we could not get one as it was late at night, he offered to drive us to the nearest 7-eleven, in his personal vehicle, after hours. We were so grateful, and would highly recommend this hotel. We had a great experience. No cons whatsoever. "
