“The facility is in the middle of a very high crime area. I didn’t feel safe at all. The room was an upgrade because my original room had no A/C. The upgraded room reeked of smoke and marijuana. There was even reminence of some marijuana on the floor near the bathroom. The sheets were not clean so I slept on top of the bed with street clothes on. It was a very bad experience but I guess you get what you pay for. The price was reasonable a that’s why I had booked it. The room needs to be……

“It could be nice but it is in sad need of updating. We had a suite on the 14th floor for 4 nights. Only 1 of 2 elevators worked. Everything about the space screamed cheap. It was furnished with low end Ikea-like furniture. The kitchen was furnished with a coffee maker and a frig. No microwave. No paper towels. “Parking was easy however upon a closer inspection of the room and bathroom boogers on the shower wall , shower floor had a scum layer ( hope I don’t get anything on my feet from this) Bedding appeared to be from previous guest as many male hairs were spread about ( not my hair either ) Our room was never cleaned and refilled Friday, Overall I’ve had better experiences at motels in the middle of no where. ”

“First, if you like sleeping past 7am, I would book somewhere else at least until the end of 2027. They are building a Four Seasons next door. Second, whoever designed the bathroom should be fired. There is one small glass panel on the shower that does not stop water from getting all over the floor. It is clearly a slip risk, especially for older people. Apart from that it was fine.
