「Off season stay not worth the $ Ideally great location and Inn set up would perhaps be nice during peak season. Erica was pleasant on phone but zero staff inhouse--Inn completely empty on our stay. Advertising either via Expedia or Inn itself inaccurate--no breakfast despite repeated welcome texts saying different. 「The location is great to visit Wells, Ogunquit, and Portland. Wells has a decent beach and area restaurants. The condo was great. Good bed, quiet, and comfortable. The owners had great communication and offered any kind of help. 」
