“Good”

“We were quite pleased with the hotel however, the front desk staff could use some additional training. They left the front desk unattended many times leaving quests waiting. Our check in was slow because the agent did not know how to check in a booking made through Expedia. After checkout - upon getting to the airport we realized the front desk had not returned my drivers license - when we called to inquire about it, the front desk clerk said yes they had it but she was less than apologetic,……

“I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The rooms were immaculate and there were plenty of big fluffy towels in the bathroom. The staff is just amazing and Kendall went above and beyond helping us in getting our room. The hotel has a staff that you can tell takes pride in their work and the breakfast is good. I highly recommend this hotel and will be my future go to forever.”

“The room was not well cleaned. Hair on the bathroom sink and the counter tops in the room were not thoroughly cleaned.”

“Everything about this hotel was excellent, and the bed was so comfortable, I slept in. ”

“Everything was fine there. Service staff for the most part was up to expectations.on first day there charged a bar tab to the room. After about an hour I received a phone call from desk while asleep.told me that my charge would not go through. Then they explained that they are having problems with a new system that would not let a room charge go through from the bar. I said I’m in bed and will take care of it in the morning. Bar manager insisted I come down and take care of it immediately. Came……

“我喜欢这种规模不太大的度假酒店, 我们订的池景双床房(侧面对着大海). 早餐也还是不错的, 虽然不是四五星酒店全套自助餐; 酒店还有提供去往沙滩时用的毛巾, 很贴心; 由于天气不好, 我们没有使用可爱的泳池, 遗憾了呢. 唯一不足是电视节目, 只能使用INTERNET TV, HBO GO 去看一些东西, 好像没有找到直播的电视台节目. 另外就是美国的酒店都没有拖鞋, 需自备; 牙具也要自己带.”

“The staff was always amazing here. The food is exceptional at the Bar/Lounge. Was not expecting it to be as good since it is a hotel but this was top notch food and service. Rooms are amazingly clean and I know they are going to be remodeling soon but the conditions makes it not seem like 20 years old. I will stay here everytime I am in town.”
