"The room and overall hotel spaces were clean and well kept. There is ample parking and the location is convenient."

"Mostly it was good. It's a quirky place, a little older, but very clean and well-maintained. The tea time was fun, the breakfast was adequate, not great. We stayed three nights and at least one day, our room was never made up, even though we were out every day pretty early. When I went to the front desk to complain and explain that we needed towels, there was no apology, and they just handed me some towels. Oh well."

"Room was modern, clean and very well maintained. Beds were comfortable. We were located on the entrance side of the property, which was away from the main road so it was quiet. The other side faced a busy road, so I’m not sure how quiet that side would be. The included breakfast had good choices to satisfy everyone. The small gym had a few cardio machines, a full complement of dumbbells and a cable machine. We considered using the heated indoor pool, but the water was murky, so we opted not to chance it - too bad. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would stay there again."

"Every member of the staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast offered an excellent variety. The location is wonderful - with walking access to Barracks Road Shopping Center and restaurants, The Park and Rivanna Trail. "

"Room was great - nicely renovated. Lovely lounge / restaurant. Front desk peeps very helpful. BIGGEST DRAWBACK - noise from highway was unreal. We heard every truck shift and racing engine. Literally kept us up and we're not light sleepers. Breakfast didn't start til 7:30, and menu offered small selection. "
