"The hotel itself was beautiful. Great location. 2 things that were not great were 1.conditioner provided had curdled and was like putting cottage cheese in my hair. Took a lot of rinsing and scrubbing to get it out. Snd 2. Friday night a nearby bar had live music playing very very loudly till 1am. I had a class early sat morning and could not sleep. Otherwise everything was excellent. "

"Book this house for your next stay in Charlottesville!! The house and property were absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and the hosts were so kind and communicative. The house was even better than the pictures. I stayed here with a group of 8, and there was plenty of room plus quite a bit extra. We had everything we needed to cook and do laundry, and we spent most of our time in the game room playing ping pong and out by the fire place on the porch. I wish this was my house! Highly recommend!! "

"I had the most wonderful few days staying in this studio! It’s clean, quaint, and ideally located right outside downtown, while also being a little nature getaway in the countryside. I’m planning on moving to Charlottesville, so this was the ideal place to stay to get a taste of what the area has to offer. Sara was very accommodating after some issues I had with customer service/ changing my stay dates, and she last minute ensured my stay was seamless. "

"I am thrilled to give this host a 5 star review! We were not able to go on our trip because of the impending storm (it was all over the news). The host graciously allowed us to cancel very close to our arrival date in order to avoid us being stranded in the cottage. They were responsive, caring, and more than fair about the situation. Excellent customer service and kindness from the host.We can't wait for the weather to improve to get down there and actually stay in the cottage! "
