"Perfect little place for my husband and I to stay while visiting our daughter at UVA. It was a quick drive to campus. This cottage provides more room than a hotel room. There was a cute back porch (with a porch swing!) that you could relax and have a glass of wine. Our cottage looked out on a pasture with goats."

"The cottage was beautiful. Very nicely decorated, had many amenities, like bathrobes, which we loved. It’s the little things :-) The WiFi was great, which was important to us, because we worked from there. It is in a perfect location between downtown Charlottesville and all the wineries. The property manager was very quick to reply to all my questions, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!"

"My family stayed here during part of our spring break. It was a charming cottage—rustic on the outside, but modern cabin on the inside. My young daughters loved it and keep asking to go back to “the cottage.” The location was excellent and seemingly everything we wanted to check out — trails, wineries, campus — was all less than 30 minutes away. 10/10 would stay again."

"We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful cottage for my nephew's wedding at Castle Hill Cider that is just down the road. It was in the perfect location, wonderfully decorated, well appointed, and even had an amazing amount of storage for the wedding cake and cupcakes that I had made for the big event. The views were stellar, the hosts were very communicative, and I can't wait to return. Choose this place to stay every time!"

"Spectacular house, perfect location. Cozy, quiet, and surrounded by wineries. Cant wait to see what this little housing area looks like when the rest is finished. We hope to stay here again soon! Small issue...some of the great, vintage furniture felt like it might fall apart with the slightest touch (kitchen table, coffee table). Visually they were a perfect fit for the place, but i would have preferred functional."

"My husband and I (and our four legged friend) stayed in the Hampshire cottage for my husband to receive medical treatment at the `UVA medical center. The cottage was awesome, very clean and the location made trips to the hospital very easy. Since there is construction taking place we looking forward to seeing the final outcome!!"

"Cute place with a wonderful view. However, there were lady/stink bug carcasses all over the house. It would have been nice if they had cleaned them up beforehand. Since we pay cleaning fee, it should look clean when we arrived."

"My husband, 17 month old son, and I stayed with Cynthia and Bill for the weekend, along with my best friend, her husband and their two year old. Cynthia and Bill were so welcoming, greeting us to let us in, and then helping the children feed the goats and chickens the following day. They had so much fun! "Greensview apt. was absolutely perfect for our needs! We were a group of 3 in town for a retreat. The apt. is just as pictured. The stairs were a haul with luggage, but entirely doable. Parking was convenient and easy, even with two vehicles. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, even a blender! We enjoyed sunsets as we cooked and ate every nite. The beds were extremely comfortable. The host even provided a plush topper for the pullout sofa. Despite the building being situated near a busy thruway,...
