“such a historical hotel, clean and comfortable”

“Very nice! Staff are lovely!”

“Love the food in the hotel restaurant。”

“We got there a little after 4. Our room wasn’t ready. I paid for a non allergic room. They gave us a handicap room that still had food leftovers in the fridge.”

“It is not a hotel. It is a collection of condos. Room(s) were huge. Beautiful view of the city. Very limited staff. Could not work local tv or thermostat and no one could help. Sketchy part of town. I would pick a livlier place next time but would be great for a family going to see a downtown sporting event. Near neat stuff.”

“The check-in is a bit tedious but necessary. The unit was spotless and well appointed. it is very convenient to Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals, and Little Italy. There is a great dive bar across the street and the Murray Hill Market is a few blocks down Murray Hill Rd. Needless to say there are a lot Italian Restaurants within a short walk. One other thing, it is a very quiet neighborhood, which I was not expecting.”

“Great location and communication.”

“This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. ”
