「Hotel is Clean . Really nice manager & great service ! 」

「Staff were all amazing, easy check in, with a wrist band that we really liked. No searching for room card. Easy walking through the main streets. There was a lot of sargassum in the ocean front but, Mother Nature, nothing they can do about that at the resort. I like to take a dip in the ocean but, we couldn’t this trip. The Shore pool could use some updating or renovation, It’s looking dated. We upgraded our room and had the breakfast included. Very nice and I always love a fresh omelette. We...

「Stayed at Casa Marina in Key West and overall had a great experience. The property itself is very nice, well maintained, and definitely one of the better resorts on the island. The service was exceptional throughout our stay, and it really felt like the hotel has a renewed focus on customer service. Staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure guests were taken care of. The resort is a little overpriced, but that tends to come with the territory in Key West and for the quality/location...
