“Very friendly and attentive staff who were happy to store my bag and would say good morning and welcome me back by name, which was nice. I didn't spend much time in the hotel, but the room was clean and overall I had a fine experience. The room doesn't have a microwave, and there's no bottled water or water station, but I didn't find it to be a big deal. The location is decent and I felt safe enough returning at night, but I did keep the shades closed because my room was on a low floor visible……

“Don’t come here during baseball season/football season/anytime there’s an event at either stadium!!! I checked with the hotel about the availability of on site parking or if I needed to find parking somewhere else. I was assured by the hotel that they had parking on site and I didn’t need to make other arrangements. Published rate on their website is $35 a night for a guest. Got there to check in and there was an event going on at the stadium. The parking lot was full because they were upselling……

“The only pro I can really say is the downstairs is really beautiful, but the rooms are definitely not worth $500 a night. I called twice about the AC not working. The room stayed at 76 even after they came up twice to look at it, and the toilets wouldn’t flush had to call them after they came up to look at it. They got it to flush, but then we proceeded to have issues with it not flushing, but it was so late. We just didn’t bother to call. ”

“The hotel itself was very nice. The front desk staff were very nice. The lobby/bar areas are beautifully decorated. We had a deluxe king room w/ a partial lake view.
