“酒店不错，但是早餐有些勉强！”

“Room wasn’t ready for almost an hour after check in time. Took my vehicle information for the parking garage but forgot to put it in. So I ended up with a $22 parking ticket on top of paying them $7 for parking. They said there was nothing they could do about it.”

“The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. You could tell there had been some recent renovations. However there was no one to man the front desk. You had to call for service and the person who came could not speak English so communication was difficult. Our room was also near the front door and every time someone walked in the door you could hear the bell ring which kept us up most of the night. The toilet also ran all night because it leaked.”

“Toilet clogged upon arrival— should have been remedied prior to arrival. Did remedy post notification. Nice place - a little overpriced. Shouldn’t have to request bed to be made for this price. Is this the norm now?”

“Room was okay, slow drain in sink, shower could use a mat, very slippery …Breakfast was great! Pancake, eggs, breakfast sausage, cereal, juices, bagel, bread,muffins, really nice assortment!”

“fees are too high and not well disclosed. Staff was unable to help and just gave me a card to contact someone saying no manager was as on site to talk to. Will not stay again. Too bad because otherwise decent room and meal”
