"Affordable and easy walk to the metro. Staff was friendly but not at all helpful. Dining was limited and unclear about menu options. Cleaning service was not available over a multiple day stay. "

"Historic hotel with rooms to match! The staff was excellent - every single person from the doorman/valet who welcomed us, W…, to the young gentleman at the reception desk twice, the lady on the 10th floor house cleaning and second doorman - all superb. The bed was comfy and room was clean. Loved the view and windows, shades. Kitchen was funky and not used but there and fine. We will be back! Thank you very very much! "

"It was a last minute trip to see family from the west coast but we used to live in Baltimore and have been to the restaurant many times in the past. We enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was that our room was not ready at 5:30 which was not acceptable. Husband made it happen because we had time contraints. "

"This is a beautiful hotel. My room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was my location being so close to the main lobby area and the fact that I could hear the music being played all the time. I was in room 210 for reference. "
