「Quiet, clean, lovely!」

「My husband and I stay at this location frequently so I wasn’t expecting the customer service I received at check in. The clerks are normally very professional and pleasant. We were shocked and very disappointed with the young lady. She was talk and laughing with the other clerk while processing our stay. She didn’t even tell me the room number or that I had courtesy breakfast. There are certain things customers look for at checkin and details are #1. 」

「The staff was great and the room was fine. But they are missing a great opportunity to make the interior courtyard nice. It appeared that it wasn’t being kept up and the outdoor cushions were left in the rain which made them unusable when it stopped raining. 」

「The Inn is beautiful!! The people working there were friendly and helpful!! The Tavern had great service as well as food and drinks!! My one complaint is that there were no small refrigerators in the rooms, so we ended up having to throw out our food leftovers.」
