“Beautiful spot and nice spacious room. Clearly orienting new staff and ramping up for the season. Disappointing was not accessing our room till 5:30pm after 5 hour drive and cold pools and hot tub with many babies and young children in it- an adult space would be nice. But love how family oriented the whole setting was and the spot and chairs to enjoy were great!”

“Very nice hotel and centrally located in Providence, I was able to easily walk everywhere that I wanted to go and they also provide a shuttle if needed. My only complaint is I was excited to try the Heavenly bed, and found it very uncomfortable which made for a couple nights of poor sleep.”

“The Wi-Fi was essentially nonexistent. For that kind of money you should be able to get on the Internet and have it be useful.”

“Breakfast was amazing, the view from our room was great. When we got there a staff member walked in on us within ten minutes of being in the room which made us a little uncomfortable. As we were leaving the next day a different staff member asked us if we checked out the minute we left out someone went into our room at 9:30am. It felt a bit rushed. The area itself was beautiful and certain staff were wonderful as well.”
