"This hotel is in the perfect location and is very family-friendly! Our room was surprisingly spacious for a hotel. We stayed in a room that sleeps five, and as a family of four, we really appreciated having the extra space. The first room is set up like a living room with a hide-a-bed and TV. You then walk through a small kitchenette area with a microwave, sink, refrigerator, etc., before reaching the back bedroom, which has two beds and another TV. Having two separate spaces and TVs made this a great setup for a family. For the price, we thought this hotel was a great value! The continental breakfast was decent, and the two complimentary drinks during happy hour from 5:00–6:30 PM were a nice bonus for the adults. Kids are welcome during happy hour as well and can get complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and beverages. The only "issue" I noticed was the pool. I do not get grossed out easily, but the water was honestly pretty gross and definitely needed some attention. But I'm sure that was a one off beings they maintain that property well. Another huge convenience is that there is a Walgreens directly across the street, so it is super easy to stock your room with snacks, drinks, toiletries, or anything else you may have forgotten. Overall, for the location, room size, family-friendly setup, breakfast, happy hour, and price, we were very happy with our stay!"

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. The staff were especially welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing place to stay."

"The staff are lovely. Very happy with the on site restaurants and Starbucks. At Anthem I highly recommend the overnight oats. DELICIOUS. The finishings are a bit tired in the room and the outside traffic beeps a lot but that's the only thing I can complain about."

"The room was amazing, and the property itself was absolutely stunning. Overall, I had a good stay, but there were a few areas where the service could have been better. There were several moments when staff didn’t seem as attentive or knowledgeable as I would have expected, even when asking fairly standard questions, such as the cost of valet parking. There were also times when calling Guest Services that the person answering the phone didn’t provide the warm or welcoming greeting I would typically expect from a property at this level. I also felt that the hotel could have been a little more accommodating with certain requests, particularly late checkout. While I understand that late checkout is always subject to availability, it was a little disappointing to see that a 4:00 PM checkout appeared to be available as a benefit for certain American Express guests, while there seemed to be much less flexibility otherwise. That said, the staff did make an effort to accommodate where they could, which I appreciated. Aside from those service-related issues, I really enjoyed my stay. The room was excellent, the hotel is beautiful, and the overall experience was still a good one. With a little more consistency in attentiveness, hospitality, and guest accommodations, the experience could have been exceptional."
