"The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond in so many instances. I had a very pleasant stay from check-in to the cleaning service to the concierge to the bell captain to check out. Wonderful experience!"

"Great hotel. Nice breakfast in the morning. I took away one star because we arrived at 1:30 and they would not let us check into our room until 4pm. They said our room was available and we could check in now for $50! They would waive the fee for gold honors members. Unfortunately I’m just a regular honors member. In past experience most hotels let you check in early if your room is ready and without a fee. Disappointing that they wanted to squeeze an extra $50 out of me!"

"Very conventional, parking was 43 per night which is expensive so be aware . They dont out that on your hotel ."

"The room was decent but the toilet was broke, the drawer on the night stand would not stay shut, while napping the door was opened by a man who did not knock first just used a master key to open the door , totally unacceptable. Restaurant was good and the security and parking was good"

"Wonderful affordable place to stay with simple accommodations. As with many CQ, the rooms are small but that goes with the prices. A bonus at this one is the water pressure. While the neighborhood is pretty quiet, the windows are not sound reducing so you can hear what noice is on the street. "

"Location was perfect. Beds were excellent. Web site is miss leading about the amenities per room class. I suggest calling to confirm anything that is important to you. A/C barely worked, staff did nothing about it."
