「Very dated hotel, could use a facelift. Staff was nice, but none of them spoke fluent English, and were hard to understand. But, I know it’s difficult to find that in today’s world. Neighborhood turns sketchy after dark. But, as long as you’re not walking on the street, no problems.」

「Excellent 」

「Clean and good hospitalities.」

「The room and facilities were good, but the service was awful. The lady at the front desk behaved as if I owed her a lot of money.」

「The staff is super friendly and helpful. The location is great.」

「The price that Expedia listed was different from the price that the hotel charged. The hotel tried to charge me more than $900, but the Expedia charged me $740. It took me some effort to work with the hotel to correct this which costed my time and damaged my impression to the hotel.」
