"Good dinner and breakfast. Very dog friendly. Not so grand so didn’t worry about taking the dogs in. The dogs came to the dining room for dinner and breakfast and were given bowls of water. All in all comfortable and serviceable."

"Expensive but worth the splurge to be in such a special place-- we paid extra for view of the Chateau. Skip the crowds and bling of Versailles and treat yourself to this perfect architectural masterpiece (that is, the Chateau-- the hotel is disappointingly modern, with smallish rooms, but overall felt luxurious). Note that there is a charge for parking and that you will likely want to pay for dinner and breakfast as well. Dinner was quite good and elegantly served. Only complaint-- it took more...

"Great overnight stay. The hotel is conveniently situated at the entrance to the city so easy to park and then a 10 minute walk into the centre along the river. Good sized room (we had a family room) which was comfortable. We didn't have breakfast but it did look nice so we definitely do that next time. Lovely outside pool area and a really friendly welcome. We love Orleans so this is a great stopover for us"

"An overnight stay in a setting where we would be happy for a week. Secluded lakeside retreat in delightful surroundings. No menu choice for dinner but we were warned in advance with details of what would be served and it was beautifully prepared. Air conditioning would have been welcome at 40+ but the fan helped. "
