"Toilet valve kept sticking closed. Fixed it myself. Cold water valve on the sink leaked at the base of the handle ad got water all over the vanity every time you turned the water on. Front desk was very understaffed for the volume of checkins Other than that it was a nice stay in a clean and comfortable room. "

"Loved how easy it was to access the beach and having staff set up chairs/umbrella was awesome. Waitstaff at pool and beach were attentive and friendly. The food is “meh,” but that is exactly what I expected so no disappointment there. Right on the boardwalk so plenty of other dining options. The area itself is expensive, but a quick ride to the downtown area provides some great alternatives. You don’t need a car which saves a ton of money when flying into Fort Lauderdale. "Didnt like the description of the room compared to what i got. We got a panoramic ocean view. The hotel put us on the city. There was barely a view you had to lien over the balcony to see the ocean. The manager credited me a $100 out of pity. Which honestly thought that was more disrespectful then the false advertisement of the room. Place is clean. Elevators were slow and kind of a pain as you had to scan your room key for each floor "

"Stayed here twice. Love the roof top bar. Staff for the hotel dont speak English well some not at all. The A/C sucks in the rooms. We really only stay here for the roof top bar and Gigis bakery across the street. Some of the security and valet drivers are rude too"

"This hotel is beautiful and I love the short shuttle ride to the beach club. Very beautiful and the beach in general is maybe a five minute walk from the property. Lots of great food options all within 5-10 minutes walking or the shuttle can take you as well. We were very pleased with the amenities. Very friendly staff. This was an anniversary getaway. The pools are also nice. "

"The resort was beautiful and clean. The concierge was very helpful when need a clarification on activities. The back of the resort had the water view, boats and comfortable seats to relax and watch the view /sunset/sunrise . All staff would greet you while walking around. The accommodation to take you to the beach was great . The shopping stores had nice items and prices were fair. HEADS UP. If you don’t want to spend $ do not go there, it’s not for you . The resort is high class and get ready...

"Very clean. I only found one bit of dust under the lamp LOL. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, the pool area was large and welcoming. My only complaint was that the air fresheners were overwhelming; they were every where (even elevator) . I have a lung disease so I am sensitive but even my husband found them to be very overpowering. We would definitely go back! "
