“The hotel is not what I expected when it an affiliation with Hilton… very disappointing. The deck leaked, bed extremely uncomfortable, gnats in the bathroom…I felt like I was staying at a Motel 8 or Days Inn. I can say that the chat feature with the hotel was helpful and responsive. I simply made the best of the stay because there were not other rooms available. The hotel was just ok not what I was expecting and the likelihood of staying again is a Zero.”

“The hotel was ok, but not super clean. It was loud and the interior hallways were very hot. They only had 2 of the 4 elevators working for part of my stay and then took 1 elevator for staff. Wait times for the elevator were insanely long.”

“The Marina Inn was amazing. It's like you're staying in an apartment/condo, but with all the great amenities of a hotel. Staff was helpful, friendly and nice. The food was great. I loved the balcony and location.”

“We loved it here but only thing is building inside is old they need to renovate that elevator system is super busy and they need to fix their elevators too. We love it and and my kids love the part of the pool and the beach part. They have a very beautiful view at the nighttime.”
