“The cleaning service was not good. They failed to clean the bathroom, and we reported to the front desk , the cleaning lady came back but still didn’t clean the bathroom. The night shift staff wasn’t professional but overall I like the property.”

“Small boutique hotel, room was small but well appointed, could have used a dresser or more closet space. Continental Breakfast in lobby was quite nice. Staff and location very good!”

“We had a good time and everything was very convenient. Property is a little dated and could use a refresh of paint here and there. Staff was okay, not overly friendly at all and front desk person not as warm and welcoming on checkin and check out. Felt like a bother really. Last issue - adult pool needs it's own hot tub. We went to the main pool since it was cooler and misty raining and there were tons of kids in the hot tub, unsupervised, playing, dunking each other, etc. No staff member……

“I went to Charleston to see my son that’s stationed there. I have not seen him in 5 months. I wanted to cook for him. I believe because we had dogs with us they put us in the dog room. That was not stocked with cooking supplies. I had to purchase pans And baking pans. I was told their shipment has not come in yet. I asked for sheets and was not delivered. I finally found the maintenance man and he gave me sheets. All in all I did get to spend a great time with my son and did cook a bunch.”
