“Elevators were very slow, half weren't working. A lot of activities for kids and adults. Room was clean upon arrival. Drinks at the bar were pricey. I had asked for no housekeeping the last 2 days yet they came anyway. Laundry room was flooded, i told maintenance crew but they didnt seem to be concerned. At 657a, I heard banging, hammering and drilling going on upstairs, which definitely wasn't appreciated.”

“I booked a king size oasis room and they gave me a run down king size. Called the front who said because I booked through Expedia it’s not the actual room that was shown it was just the category - king size room. That’s complete and utter trash. I stayed the night previously in a very nice and well priced marina view with upgraded room amenities. Figured the king size would be better given the hire pricing etc but they gave us one of the worst rooms on the property. But front desk said the……
