“The location is amazing. There is so much to do”

“The room was great. Wished we had a toaster though. Everything else was sufficient. We loved our view of the beach. Drawers needed fixing on the dresser for our clothes, couldn't close a couple of them. When we asked the staff about a certain activity, no one knew much and told us to download the app. Asked 3 different staff members. After downloading the app and looking at the map, we got a better idea of where things were. I really liked the fact you had a golf cart to take us to the other……

“Not only did it take several days for room service to even show up to my room. But im getting charged for smoking in a hotel room, considering ive never even hit a nicotine vape in my life I find it insane that im being charged with this. I will not being returning, I will warn everyone of my peers who visits st pete to steer clear, and I will be filing a claim on this charge because there is NO REASON I should even accused of smoking. Unbelievably embarrassing for a "high quality establishment"”

“Beautiful landscapes. Well maintained pools . Excellent bar-restaurant upstairs Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of places on the property to hang out. Only negative thing we experienced was a bug in the bed. Like a beetle. I talked to the front desk abd they immediately changed my room which i appreciated. Some of the rooms have new bathrooms with really nice showers abd mirrors. Our second room was old bathroom. It was fine but hopefully i get a new bathroom on my next visit.……

“The staff here have excellent customer service. The restaurants close by have excellent food and staff. We had a great week over the 4th of July. Coffee in the morning, cookies in the afternoon, bottled water anytime. Little perks that made us feel special. Thank you Bilmar. We will be back again.”

“They never change the towels or organized the room. When we arrive the bed sheets where dirty o like with fungus. We went to talk respecful as a customer to the “manager” he was really rude with me and my family. Saying that it was because lf the light. They send us new ones that literally you can see the difference. The only solution he gave us is that we can leave the first night without paying when i reserve for 2 nights and have my son and girl. Where we suposed to go and reserve another……
