“Great for family”

“Overpriced drinks, dirty pools, extra fees for everything, I’m disappointed with my stay. If you go there for the fireworks on July 4th, don’t. We were told we would see them from our beach front patio, didn’t happen. I won’t return”

“I liked the appearance on the inside of the lobby. It’s was very nice and appealing. However, the things that bothered me most were: lack of parking availability, valet parking fees, and my room needed much repairs/work. There was a hole at the bottom of the bathroom the door and it looks dirty. The toilet has rust inside the bowl. The shower/tub water wouldn’t drain the water timely, like it was clogged. And parts of the carpet when you walked on it had dips, like the carpet was replaced over……

“Wrong room category was sold to me…property blamed Expedia for that…my anniversary surprise gift was ruined and neither front desk nor General Manager cared to address our situation and never responded to our call…will never go back!!!!”

“From the moment driving up the bridge to the moment of driving away, every moment spent at Don Cesar was unforgettable. From the private beach access, to the variety of restaurants, there was no need to step out to grab anything. We were only there for 1 night but will be there for plenty more to explore all the amenities. Staff was incredibly amazing and sincere and service was absolutely superb. Will definitely be back for a much longer stay.”

“The staff here have excellent customer service. The restaurants close by have excellent food and staff. We had a great week over the 4th of July. Coffee in the morning, cookies in the afternoon, bottled water anytime. Little perks that made us feel special. Thank you Bilmar. We will be back again.”
