“It’s a beautiful space and property. Central to Ybor City and the historic part of Tampa. The property itself needs a deep clean. Couches and tables in lobby area especially. The restaurant if top notch. Excellent food. Room was in good shape too. ”

“The property was very nice. Things were clean. The property felt safe and there were nice amenities. the staff was helpful. But one bartender did put a tip on our check and then let us tip in cash. That was a little shady but that was the only issue we had. ”

“Stayed here a couple of times for a romantic getaway/staycation. Nice quiet hotel. Not a lot kid and close to some really great restaurants. Room are nice and hotel staff very friendly and helpful.”

“The hotel is unique, clean, with nice staff. However, the rooms are very small, no microwave, and limited amentities that youd expect to find in a Marriot hotel. They are also incredibly expensive. For 3 nights for a regular room was over $1200. They charge for everything, a "tourism marketing fee", a "destination fee", a "tourism fee" and "tourism tax" in addition to $40 a night for valet, where they park your car 3 blocks away in a sketchy lot. Over $350 in additional fees is crazy. So buyer……
