「Leider war unser erster Eindruck vom Zimmer sehr enttäuschend. Im Zimmer roch es unangenehm muffig, im Fensterbereich war deutlich Schimmel vorhanden, und im Bett befanden sich Haare. Einen solchen Zustand hatten wir bei einem Hotelzimmer nicht erwartet. Die entsprechenden Bilder füge ich der Bewertung bei. Nachdem ich mich an der Rezeption beschwert hatte, reagierte die Mitarbeiterin dort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie zeigte uns zwei alternative Zimmer, aus denen wir auswählen konnten....

「La vista dalla camera sul fiume è stata la cosa più bella insieme alla doccia. Il letto scomodo, la camera non è insonorizzata e si sente tutto quello che succede intorno, incluso gli altri clienti russare e camminare. La colazione deludente soprattutto per la mancanza di un sorriso da parte del personale addetto. Rapporto qualità prezzo elevato.」

「The hotel was quaint and charming, a little old in places but nothing major. The staffs were extremely helpful and pleasant. The location was great. Breakfast was delicious, we also had dinner there and it was wonderful, other than they did not cook my steak correctly, but they took it off the bill, which is great customer service.」
