“Great room very spacious, check in and check out was a nightmare , only one person on the desk Grass at pool needed cut”

“We stayed at Opus One Hotel for three nights. The location is excellent—close to the train station and an easy walk to the city center. Our room was spacious, bright, and clean, with a large balcony perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly and very helpful—he provided us with a power adapter we forgot to bring and gave useful tips about local restaurants and shops. However, it’s important to note that this hotel does not meet the expectations of a four-star property. The facilities are……

“Lovely hotel but I can really see why it’s a 4 star! I was by myself and found staff to be very nice and polite. The pinch points were the bar - just hire more staff. There was always a queue. I didn’t go all inclusive but food and drinks I thought was reasonably well ish priced. The other frustration was I got put in a room in the corner which was a bit sad. I understand it was their basic room but it just lacked the luxury a bit. The local area and cute shops are worth the short walk into……

“This is a five-star hotel. It is beautifully restored and a classic. The staff is very service oriented, friendly and attentive. The location seems to be close to everything. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I will return.”
