"A lot of cleaning involved in order to avoid “additional fees”. I am not a messy person but there is certain things I’d rather not do while I’m on vacation and having to pay for a luxury room."

"we liked every thing about it close to light rail we had coffee maker didnt work rang them had working maker next day."

"great location and very nice apartment"

"It’s a really great space to stay and location in a cool neighborhood "

"This is an apartment that someone is renting out through a company, so the experience was interesting. 1. Check-In: Probably the one key tip. Call before you arrive. Since this is an apartment, there's no front desk person. Someone from the company has to meet you in the lobby to let you in. I didn't know this, so I had to wait about 15 minutes for a very nice person to get there an let me in the room. Other than that, it was very simple, let you in and take a picture of ID and Credit...

"After a long day. I went to check in and no keys were available. I ultimately was turned away at 1am ! "
